What's the point of success if you're always working?

A 15 second Instagram Reel built from the ad that pulled the highest click through rate in the account, 10.99%. Every word on screen is hers, quoted from that ad. 1080x1920, no audio, so sound can be added in Instagram.

The cut

Size1080x1920, 30fps, 450 frames, 15.000s
FileH.264 High, yuv420p, bt709 on all three axes, 4.8 MB
Audionone, the file carries no audio stream at all
TypeEditor's Note at 120px for her lines, Poppins for the handle and the door card
Picturestwo frames from the TH-PB-2024 brand shoot, slow drift, no cuts inside them
MarkFFB symbol, byte copy of the brand pack file, one appearance on the last card

One thing to check before this goes anywhere

The class date on the last card. The brief said "Wednesday 23 September". The live registration page at class.tracyharris.co says Tuesday 22 September, 10am AEST, in five separate places, and the FFB deep dive calls it "the 22 September class". The card is built to the live page. If 23 September is right, it is one line in build.py and a re-render.

Every card, with the safe area drawn on

Red is Instagram's furniture: the top 220px and the bottom 480px. Green is where the line block bottom sits, 620px up. Blue is the handle, 508px up. Those are Tracy's own numbers from the doubters reel. A twin of this composition was rendered with the photographs stripped out and every mark in black on white, then all 450 frames were walked: both bands are clear on every one.

Karl asked for it if it makes sense. It does not make sense for her lines here, and this is why: the face draws its capitals at lowercase height, so "So I quit." reads "so i quit.", and at the 120px her reel standard asks for, about nine characters fit across the frame. Her longest line would need six lines of type. The cut sets her words in Editor's Note instead, which is what her own reel standard names.

Caption draft

Scored against the compiled caption card: PASS, 0 hits.

I sat in my car, rushing out of work to feed my baby, and I just thought, this cannot be what was meant for my life. So I quit, and I vowed that whatever I built next, I was not going to build another prison for myself. On Tuesday I am teaching how to build one, free and live on Zoom. Where the words came from

Hook"What's the point of success if you're always working?" · the Meta headline on ads 6 and 7
Cards 2 and 3"I sat in my car, rushing out of work to feed my baby, feeling like I was about to lose it, and I just thought... this cannot be what was meant for my life." · the ad body
Cards 4 and 5"So I quit. And I vowed that whatever I built next, I was not going to build another prison for myself." · the next line of the same ad body
Sourcescripts/ads-page-break/launch-ads.json, ad "Cold | AU | 6", id 120253245325740019

Two clauses of the body were left off the screen so each line could hold at 120px and still be read once without hurrying: "feeling like I was about to lose it" and "And I vowed that whatever I built next". Nothing was reworded.

Why this is not her own ad footage

The car park take is vid4 of the six recorded ads. The only copies on the box are Meta's, and they carry Meta's own burned-in captions on every frame of all 135 seconds, checked on a ten frame sample across the whole clip. New 120px type over existing burned type is not usable, and the take itself is a casual phone selfie in a towel, which is not the 2026 FFB look Karl asked for. It is also 720x1280, so it would need a 1.5x upscale. The clean originals sit behind a Dropbox share link recorded in a Slack thread, and their filenames are content hashes with no mapping to ad sets. So this uses the brand shoot instead, which is the documented fallback.
